Who we're hiring

Lead hanger

Run a 2–3 person hang crew. Read plans, set layout, keep pace on residential and commercial jobs.

Pay: $28–$38 / hr or piece
Schedule: Mon–Fri · 6:30 am start

Requirements

5+ years hanging experience
Reliable truck and basic tools
Able to read a set of plans

Taper

Hand or automatic-tool taping on residential and commercial scope. Clean joints, straight lines, no holidays.

Pay: $30–$42 / hr piece rate
Schedule: Mon–Fri · flexible start

Requirements

3+ years taping experience
Comfortable with three-coat system
Bazooka or banjo experience a plus

Finisher

Pole sand, hand sand, and walk-through under work light. Level 4 and Level 5 experience preferred.

Pay: $24–$34 / hr
Schedule: Mon–Fri · 7 am start

Requirements

3+ years finishing experience
Level 5 skim-coat experience a strong plus
Comfortable with scaffolding and work at height

Laborer / helper

Load in, clean up, stocking, scrap out. Good role for someone looking to learn the trade.

Pay: $17–$22 / hr
Schedule: Mon–Fri · 6:30 am start

Requirements

Reliable and on time
Physically able to move board and buckets all day
Able to follow directions on a job site

Site foreman

Run a full crew across multi-trade coordination. Schedule, quality, and safety responsibility.

Pay: $60k–$85k / yr
Schedule: Mon–Fri · early start, occasional Saturday

Requirements

8+ years in the trade, 3+ as lead or foreman
GC coordination experience
OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
