Run a 2–3 person hang crew. Read plans, set layout, keep pace on residential and commercial jobs.

What you'll do
- Read plans, set layout, mark stud lines for your crew
- Direct 2–3 hangers and keep the job on pace
- Verify material deliveries against takeoff
- Daily hand-off and punch-list with the taping crew
Requirements
- 5+ years hanging experience
- Reliable truck and basic tools
- Able to read a set of plans
- Valid driver license and clean record
Nice to have
- Spanish + English on a mixed crew
- OSHA 10 card
- Commercial metal-stud experience
Your first week
First day on a live job, shadowing a current lead. By Friday you are running your own 2-person crew on a residential punch-list so we can calibrate pace before handing you a ground-up.
Pay and schedule
Piece rate or hourly based on scope. Weekly pay, direct deposit.
