What you'll do
- Own the schedule across hang, tape, and finish on your jobs
- Coordinate with GC, electrical, HVAC, and framing
- Hold quality + safety standard on every walk
- Hire and deploy crew across concurrent jobs
Requirements
- 8+ years in the trade, 3+ as lead or foreman
- GC coordination experience
- OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
Nice to have
- Commercial tenant-improvement schedule experience
- Bilingual — runs briefings in English and Spanish

Pay and schedule
