Pole sand, hand sand, and walk-through under work light. Level 4 and Level 5 experience preferred.

What you'll do
- Pole sand, hand sand, sponge sand to specified finish level
- Walk-through under raking work light to catch flats and pocks
- Skim coat and polish on Level 5 scope
- Final punch with painter coordination
Requirements
- 3+ years finishing experience
- Level 5 skim-coat experience a strong plus
- Comfortable with scaffolding and work at height
Nice to have
- Paint-ready handoff experience on high-end residential
- Respirator-fit and dust-control discipline
Your first week
Start on a residential punch-out so we can see your eye for raking light before putting you on a Level 5 scope.
Pay and schedule
Hourly or day rate based on experience. Weekly pay.
