Texas Property Code §53 — Lien rights notice
Texas law requires contractors performing residential work to inform property owners that mechanic's and materialman's liens may attach to the property if amounts are not paid. Stone Creek Drywall carries general liability insurance and is licensed to perform drywall installation, taping, and finishing in the State of Texas. A written contract describing the scope of work, schedule, and payment terms is provided before any work begins. Detailed lien waivers and additional disclosures are included with that contract.
