Challenge
GC needed drywall to release ceiling grid and MEP trim crews on a 15-working-day window. Demising walls ran to deck with fire-rated assemblies that had to pass inspection before closure.
Approach
Staged the work by zone so ceiling grid could start in the first zone while we were still hanging the last. Kept the fire-taping crew ahead of the inspector so nothing blocked close-up.
